About how to check the filter ：

1.Use the Pressure gauge of the vacuum pump separator to detect whether clogged or not . when the reading number of pressure gauge is in the red area , it indicates that the oil mist separator is clogged and must be replaced.

2.If you don’t have the separator pressure gauge , then resistance of the driving motor current,and the current consumed by the driving motor or the flow rate of the vacuum pump decreases, which indicates that the separator is blocked and must be replaced

3.If the pressure ratio indicated by the pressure gauge is lower then usually, or the current consumed by the driving motor is less then usually , then might be the separator is damaged and the oil mist separator needs to be replaced
