There are two type of prefab house, one of the main difference is that Type 2 (also named T house) cannot see the steel frame from the outer surface while Type 1 (also named K house) can be seen from the outer surface.

Type 1 has its own standard size, please refer to the following details. Type 2 can be manufactured according to the customers' specific requirements.
